Our FRP installations are done with minimal alterations and using basic hand tools and they offer corrosion resistance, slip resistance, flame-retardancy, non-conductivity, impact absorption, and little to no maintenance requirements. These products offer lower maintenance requirements because FRP does not deteriorate in the presence of most corrosive saltwater, drilling fluids, acids, alkalis or other chemicals. This translates into longer service life and lower life cycle costs than ferrous metals and aluminium in the Oil and Gas applications as Production Platforms, Tension Leg Platforms, SPARs, MODUs etc.

Series 285 Flanged 3/4-Way Stainless Steel Ball Valves :

PTFE seats, Blow out proof stem design with ISO 5211 approval for direct mount actuation. Stem and ball construction of 316 stainless steel.
Series 310 Special Purpose Three Piece Trunnion Mounted Ball Valves:
Materials Offered: Carbon Steel, Sizing Options: 2" - 12" (electric or pneumatic Actuation). Key Benefits: Offered in 150#/300#/600#/900# and 1500# options. API 607/6FA fire safe approval with anti-blowout steam design and Nylon seats and Peek seats.
Series 1200 Double Eccentric High Performance Butterfly Valves:
Materials Offered: 316 Stainless Steel. Sizing Options: 2" up to 24" (electric or pneumatic Actuation). Key Benefits: Offered in wafer or lug configurations, ASME class 150/300 body rating. High strength stainless steel stem for high torque applications. Fire safe seat design complies with NACE MRO 13 standards. Butterfly valves are available for saturated steam at 200PSI and 450PSI with a tight shut off vacuum to 2x10(2).
Fire Safe, Fusible Link Valves:
Our fire safe, fusible link valves are available in ball valves and butterfly valves for maximum configuration. Fusible link valves are available in sizes from 1/4" - 4" (for ball valve series) and 3" - 24" for our butterfly valve series. All fusible links have a temperature range of 165F - 300F. Fusible link valves are available in stainless steel, carbon steel and ductile iron.
High Pressure and High Temperature Valves:
These are API certified Carbon Steel and SS fire safety valves in 2-way, 3-way, 4/5-way configurations and special purpose valves (for high pressure and high temperature valves). Most ball valves are available in threaded (NPT) ends, socket weld, flanged (ANSI 150/300/600), butt-weld and sanitary tri-clamp ends (full port, reduced port, standard port).
